Safety isn’t just a priority-it’s a core value that underpins everything we do. Whether we’re on a residential job site or tackling large-scale commercial projects, ensuring the safety of our team, customers, and the community is always a top concern.

All senior foremen are OSHA-Certified and are committed to keeping themselves and others safe on every job site.
Daily and monthly reports are tracked to ensure unsafe conditions are handled promptly, allowing us to maintain an excellent safety record.
Vision’s safety committee is comprised of project managers, journeymen and apprentice who meet monthly to review new safety regulations set by the industry.
Our employees on the safety committee rotate annually, bringing a fresh perspective on safety-related topics.
“Near misses” by both our own employees as well as other contractors are closely examined and used as invaluable learning tools.
Annual safety training days are conducted to re-certify and refresh targeted safety programs and specific equipment.
Vision Mechanical attends Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) monthly safety meetings.
